Once the alarm has been triggered we’re able to assess the situation and alert the police or designated keyholders. Our team will then support you taking the appropriate action including resetting the system once the threat has passed.
As an extra precaution our system will also alert the control station should the alarm stop communicating with the MKC network for more than 30 seconds. We have seen an increase in highly sophisticated attacks with intruders cutting phone lines and jamming mobile signals, such a loss of communication is treated as suspicious and immediately triggers the same response as a full alarm.
Where the system design permits we are also able to remotely access your CCTV and alarm systems through our secure network (or your existing internet connection) to review the situation and, if necessary, reset the system.
